"We had a great experience using Rockababy Rentals Queenstown for our recent holiday to New Zealand, with the high level of customer service and quality items both a standout. We were travelling with two kids under the age of 3 so we rented two car seats, a portacot (bedding and cosy merino wool sleeping bag included), Bumbo seat and a toy box and all items were top quality.
The two stand out experiences were the car seats being pre-installed in our hire car (Rockababy liaised directly with our hire car company Apex after we gave them our booking details) when we picked up the car at Queenstown airport, with all the other items we had rented packed in the boot.
The other winner was the toy box customised to our three-year-old boy’s favourite things. This add on was money well spent as the novelty of many of the new toys kept our boy entertained. A great mix of educational, and novelty toys with a good selection of books included.
Would have no hesitation in using Rockababy Rentals again and would recommend highly to anyone considering using their services".
